All purchases made through Trading Robot — including monthly subscriptions, annual subscriptions, and lifetime licenses — are final and non-refundable.
We do not offer trial periods, money-back guarantees, partial refunds, or refunds for unused subscription time.
This policy applies without exception regardless of: how long you have held the subscription, whether you have used the product, market conditions during your subscription period, dissatisfaction with results, or change of mind.
The sole exception to our no-refund policy is a verified technical malfunction of the product itself — meaning the robot or indicator fails to load on TradingView, or signals are not displayed in any form.
This definition does not include: trading losses, signals that were unprofitable, performance below expectations, dissatisfaction with results, or any outcome related to personal trading judgment.
Conditions for a refund request: The malfunction must have been reported to our support team (via Telegram or email) and remain unresolved for 7 days from the date of that report. Only then will a refund request be reviewed. Proof of the report (screenshot, date of contact) is required.
Outside this definition, no exceptions exist — including: change of mind, accidental purchases, or subscription renewals that were not cancelled before the renewal date.
All cryptocurrency payments are completely and permanently irreversible by their technical nature. No refund, reversal, or return of any cryptocurrency transaction is possible under any circumstances.
There are no exceptions for crypto payments — not for billing errors, not for duplicate charges, not for any other reason. By choosing to pay with cryptocurrency, you accept this condition unconditionally.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account on our platform. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
Cancellation prevents future charges but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period or any portion thereof.
It is your responsibility to cancel before your renewal date. We do not refund renewal charges processed before a cancellation request is received.
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider without first contacting us and allowing us a reasonable opportunity to resolve your concern, your account will be immediately and permanently terminated.
We actively contest fraudulent chargebacks with full documentation. Substantiated fraudulent chargebacks may result in debt recovery proceedings and legal action in accordance with UAE law.
