Terms of Service

1 — Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Trading Robot ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"). "You" refers to any person or entity accessing or using our services.

Use of any product, page, or content provided by Trading Robot constitutes full acceptance of these Terms.

2 — Description of Services

Trading Robot provides subscription-based access to algorithmic trading indicators and tools delivered through the TradingView platform. Our products are software tools only; they do not provide financial advice, manage funds, or execute trades on your behalf.

Current products include: Tesla Trade Assistant, Bank Strategy Trade Bot, Team 45 Trade Assistant Robot, and TBT (Trading Bot Tools).

3 — License Grant

Upon payment and activation of your subscription, Trading Robot grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use the purchased indicator(s) solely for your personal, non-commercial trading analysis on TradingView.

This license is personal to you and may not be shared, transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person or entity.

4 — Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Share your TradingView account access with any other person
• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense our indicators to third parties
• Use our tools for commercial signal services, fund management, or any service offered to third parties
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or logic of our indicators
• Use our tools in any way that violates TradingView's Terms of Service
• Represent our software as your own creation

Violation of any restriction results in immediate license termination without refund.

5 — Subscriptions & Billing

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) at the then-current rate unless cancelled by you before the renewal date.

We accept payment via Shopify Payments (credit/debit cards), PayPal, and cryptocurrency. All prices are in USD.

You are responsible for ensuring your payment method remains valid. Lapsed subscriptions result in loss of access until payment is resolved.

Price changes, if any, will be communicated at least 14 days before taking effect.

6 — Intellectual Property

All content, software, algorithms, designs, trademarks, and materials produced by Trading Robot are the exclusive property of the Company and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Your license to use our products does not transfer any ownership or intellectual property rights to you.

7 — Privacy & Data

What we collect: When you create an account or make a purchase, we collect your name, email address, billing address, payment information, and IP address. We also collect usage data (which products you access, when, and from where).

How we use it: To process payments, deliver and manage your subscription, provide customer support, and send service-related communications.

Who has access: Your data is processed by Shopify (our e-commerce platform, for payment and account management) and TradingView (to activate and manage your indicator access). These are our operational service providers bound by their own privacy policies.

We do not sell your data. We do not share your personal information with third parties for marketing, advertising, or any purpose other than delivering our service.

Your rights: You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting arsalan@trading-robot.team.

8 — Cookies

Our platform uses cookies through Shopify's infrastructure for session management, security, and basic functionality. By using our platform, you consent to necessary cookies.

9 — Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We make no warranties regarding:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Accuracy or reliability of indicator outputs
• Fitness for any particular trading purpose
• Compatibility with your trading strategy or risk tolerance

10 — Limitation of Liability

Trading Robot's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages of any kind — including trading losses, missed opportunities, or data loss.

11 — Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.

12 — Dispute Resolution

Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to contact us in good faith and allow at least 30 days for the parties to attempt to resolve the dispute through direct negotiation.

If good-faith negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts of the UAE.

13 — Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to all services at any time, with or without notice, if we determine you have violated these Terms.

Termination for violation of these Terms does not entitle you to any refund.

14 — Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our platform at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of our services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
